I am a professional working full-time (and some more) on the platform and a Microsoft Dynamics Community Moderator. I am currently based in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

As of May 2020, I have passed 12 Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications on the first attempt. I started my school because I got a high number of emails from people wanting to get certified but did not have access to the official Microsoft courses or found the official courses too confusing. I felt like I had to do something about it and started working on this course.

You can start, access and finish this course anytime you want! You can go at your own pace, but I will provide a study plan if you want to pass this examination in one month.
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have lifetime access to this course. I will stop updating the material and will not allow new students to enrol when Microsoft announces the retirement of this examination.
Is this an official preparation course by Microsoft?
No. Microsoft reserves their official preparation course for people having access to the Dynamics Learning Portal. These are professionals working for a Microsoft Dynamics end-user or a Microsoft Partner.

Technically, no, but it is highly recommended!
What should I do if I have a question and I am stuck?
If you are ever stuck, there is a course forum where you can post your question and I will be happy to answer you! Don't be shy to ask.

Why should I pass MB2-715 before other examinations?
MB2-715 is the first examination of the Customer Engagement track. The material you will learn in this examination will really give you a major advantage if you wish to pass the next examination (MB2-716, Customization & Configuration).
Will I learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations?
No! This course covers exclusively Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations has a distinct certification track.
Does this course covers on-premise deployment?
No, this course covers online deployment (on the cloud) exclusively. I will address why hosting Microsoft Dynamics 365 on the cloud is a much better idea compared to on-premise.
What are brain dumps and what do you think of them?
Brain Dumps are websites that are distributing examination questions and promoting the idea that you can only learn the question to pass the examination. Moreover, after looking a brain dumps, I can tell you that the answer key is completely wrong and you will not learn the concepts! As I mentioned several times on the Dynamics Community, I am strongly opposed to brain dumps.
Do your practice examinations contain actual examination questions or brain dumps?
No. The questions are 100% original and I wrote them myself. There is not a single real examination question or brain dump question.
Why do you ask me my address when I sign up?
As per regulations of the Quebec Revenue Agency and the Canada Revenue Agency, I have to ask every student their full address or charge everyone the Goods and Services Tax (5%) and the Quebec Sales Tax (9.975%).
